Why do I have to keep entering my License Key in the extension?

Thank you for using TOKaudit TikTok Chrome Extension. Does the extension keep requesting that you enter your license once in a while?
Normally, this should not occur but if it does it might be because of a few reasons:

1. Your payment didn't process.

As silly as it sounds, most of the time it's just due to a payment failure not being processed. If this is the case, simply open up TOKaudit, click the settings tab, and renew your subscription.
Once that's done TOkaudit should be working perfectly again!

2. There's a NEW Tokaudit Update!

When we release a new update, sometimes the Chrome store won't allow the Chrome extension to work until it's updated to it's most recent version for your safety.
Please follow these steps to update your Group Leads chrome extension:

Step #1: Visit: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tokaudit-tiktok-sorting-a/cijmoklipjlcmdipoacmehggpggoaman

Step #2: Remove the extension by clicking on Remove from Chrome

Step #3: On the same page, click on Add to Chrome

You've been able to update your TOKaudit TikTok Chrome extension to the latest version.

What you just need to do is to log in to the extension and continue using it. Before you log in, I will advise you to PIN TOKaudit to your Chrome extension tray so you will be able to access it at any time.

Here is how: You just need to do steps 1 and 2 from the below screenshot in order to PIN TOKaudit to your chrome extension tray.

3. Your computer automatic proxy setup is turned off

If your computer's automatic proxy setup is turned off, you will be logged out of the extension if you restart your computer.

You need to make sure it's turned on

How?

Step #1: Open chrome settings by visiting the URL below.

chrome://settings/system

Step #2: Click on “Open your computer’s proxy settings”.

Then below Automatic proxy setup settings, make sure you turn on “Automatic detect settings”.

That is the solution to the log-out issue when you restart your computer.

4. You cleared your browser Cookie

Once you log in for the first time, we save your ID in the cookie in your browser and cookies don't delete when you close the browser but it would delete if you clear your cookie from your browser history like below.Other than the above reasons, if you notice anything please use the live chat on the right-hand side of this page to start a chat with us.
